SIGGEN
ACL Special Interest Group on Natural Language Generation
WEBINAR SERIES
The SIGGEN webinar series is proposed as a strategy to promote knowledge on various NLG topics and strengthen SIGGEN members’ collaboration.
We welcome proposals on any topic of interest for the community (including faculty, students and industry) and at any level (introductory, intermediate or advanced). You are invited to submit a proposal to share your experience and expertise, present ongoing work or introduce industry projects that could be interesting for the community. Each webinar will have a running time of approximately 60 minutes, including about 30-40 minutes for presentation, with the remaining time spent on questions and discussion.
Proposals must be submitted to siggenboard@googlegroups.com, including the following information:
- Webinar title and short abstract (about a paragraph)
- Presenter name and affiliation
- Target audience (faculty, students, industry,...)
- Webinar level (introductory, intermediate, advanced)
- Received proposals will be reviewed by the SIGGEN board, scheduled in communication with the speakers, and advertised well in advance.
If you have an idea for a webinar, but are not sure if it could be interesting for the community, just ask! Send us an email and we will discuss your idea together.
